Some graphic design I did for a combined graduation / going away party.
The idea is a transformation from the school’s logo (three pine trees) to the Seattle skyline, with the iconic Space Needle and Mt. Rainier
This is to indicate a transition from college to a new life in a new city.
The color gradient is transitional from the school (deep blue) to the common emerald found in Seattle sports teams.
The right of the image is a direct derivation of the logo, the space needle was constructed with vectors, and Mt. Rainier is freehand.
